Preparation
1. Cook the dried meat in a pressure cooker, remove it, wait for it to cool and shred it.
2. Reserve
3. Remove the skin from the pepperoni and cut into cubes along with the bacon
4. Cut the tomato into small cubes without the seeds as well as the onion
5. Set aside.
6. Sauté the bacon and pepperoni until golden, then add the onion, tomato, pepperoni and shredded meat.
7. After adding the rice, drown it well, add the water, adjusting the salt if necessary and lower the heat, waiting for it to dry.
8. When ready, place the parsley on top.

1 large, very ripe tomato
1 large onion
