Gourmet Peanut Brigadeiro

Preparation

1. In a saucepan, add the sweetened condensed milk, cream, and crumbled paçoca.
2. Mix well and cook over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent the mixture from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
3. Cook until the mixture thickens and starts to pull away from the bottom of the pan.
4. Turn off the heat and let it cool completely.
5. Shape the brigadeiros with greased hands, roll them in crumbled paçoca or chocolate sprinkles, and serve.
