Black Eyed Peas With Tuna Salad

Black-eyed Bean Salad with Tuna, a great salad on days when we want a lighter and quicker meal.

Preparation

1. In a bowl, add the black-eyed peas, onion, garlic and parsley.

Wrap everything up very well.

2. Add the tuna.

Season with salt, pepper, oil and vinegar.

Stir everything very well.

3. Place on a platter and spread the chopped eggs over the salad.

Place in the fridge until very cold.

4. When serving, decorate as desired.

• 255g drained canned tuna

•1 chopped onion

• 2 cloves of garlic, chopped

• Chopped parsley

• 3 boiled eggs

• Olive oil to taste

• Vinegar

• Fine salt
