Preparation
- Heat the milk in a pan.
- When the milk is very hot, turn off the heat, add the grated curd cheese and continue stirring.
- Immediately add the granulated tapioca flour and continue stirring.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Stop stirring when all the ingredients are well mixed.
- Pour into a container covered with plastic wrap, cover the top as well and refrigerate for two hours.
- Then remove from the refrigerator, cut into small squares (dices) and fry in hot oil or place in the oven until golden brown.
- Serve immediately with sweet and sour pepper jelly or creamy guava paste.

- 1 liter of whole liquid milk
- 500 g of grated curd cheese
- salt to taste
- white pepper to taste
- 1 jar of sweet and sour pepper jelly to accompany
