Preparation

1. Spread the tapioca starch on the bottom of a clean, dry frying pan
2. Wait a few minutes.
3. When the edges start to lift, it’s time to flip
4. Leave it for another minute on the other side and then add the filling.
5. Fold the tapioca, let the cheese melt and it’s ready.
6. Serve as soon as it’s ready.
