The typical Portuguese snack, made with the most tender and carefully selected chicken gizzards, sautéed with a hint of spice and the added flavour of traditional chouriço.

Ideal for home or restaurant, perfect as a starter or main course.

INGREDIENTS
Gizzards (74%), onion, tomato (tomato, tomato juice, acidity regulator (E330), firming agent (E509), salt), wine (sulfites), chouriço (pork meat and fat, wine (sulfites), water, garlic, salt, spices, stabilizers (E450, E451), antioxidants (E301, E331), preservative (E250)), water, olive oil, garlic (sulfites), vegetable cream (milk), salt, corn starch, spices (sulfites, mustard), aromatic herbs, spirits.
May contain traces of gluten.

PREPARATION METHOD

1. Without prior defrosting, pierce the film with a fork at one end.

2. Microwave for 9 minutes at 700 W power.

3. Remove the film and it’s ready to serve.

Note 1: Preparation time may vary depending on the type of microwave used. For higher power, reduce the cooking time.

Note 2: Once defrosted, do not refreeze and consume within 24 hours.
