The famous Portuguese dish, where the best cod and velvety cream meet at a perfect point of salt and pepper. This combination is incredibly creamy, finished with a gratin cheese topping that gives it a smooth and slightly salty taste.

INGREDIENTS: UHT preparation (25%) ( buttermilk , fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel), modified corn starch, maltodextrin, stabilizers (E412, E410), emulsifier (soy lecithin) , acidity regulator (E340ii), colouring (E160a)) , UHT milk , cod (23%), onion, French fries (potatoes, refined sunflower oil), mozzarella cheese ( pasteurized milk , salt, calcium chloride, dairy ferments , rennet, anti-caking agent (starch)), vegetable cream (milk), corn starch, garlic (sulphites), aromatic plants, spices and salt. May contain traces of gluten. Due to our traditional cooking method, some bones may exceptionally be found.
