Discover Cartuxa Red, a classic Portuguese red wine from the Alentejo region, crafted by the prestigious Fundação Eugénio de Almeida. This elegant blend combines Trincadeira, Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet, and Castelão grapes, carefully selected from the foundation’s historic vineyards.

Hand-picked at peak ripeness, the grapes are destemmed, gently crushed, and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, followed by extended maceration. The wine matures for 12 months in French oak barrels and a further 18 months in bottle, developing a full-bodied, rich, and structured profile with soft, integrated tannins and a long, refined finish.
