Preparation

  1. Knead the paçocas well.
  2. In a pan, mix the condensed milk, paçoquinha and margarine and boil until it thickens.
  3. Pay attention to the consistency: when you can see the bottom of the pan when stirring, the cream is ready.
  4. Turn off the heat and add the cream. Your spoon cake is almost ready!
  5. Line a baking tray with champagne biscuits lightly moistened with milk.
  6. Then, pour the paçoca cream and make layers, interspersing the cookies with the cream.
  7. To finish, add the whipped cream according to the instructions on the package.
  8. Decorate with crumbled and/or whole paçoquinhas.
  9. Take your paçoca recipe with a spoon to freeze.

  • 2 small boxes of cream
  • 1 pot of corked paçoquinha
  • 1 dessert spoon of unsalted margarine
  • 1 package of whipped cream
  • 2 cups (tea) of milk
  • 1 package of Maria cookies
