Each ham has an unctuous fat and a marbled appearance with ruby ​​and shiny tones. This ham has a slightly salty and slightly acidic flavour.

Ingredients: Alentejo Breed Pork Leg (97%), salt, sugars, antioxidant sodium ascorbate (E-301) and preservatives: Potassium Nitrate and Sodium Nitrite (E-252 and E-250).
