Ham obtained from the leg of black pork. Each Reserve ham from Casa do Porco Preto is subjected to a curing process of up to 24 months, resulting in a piece with an intense, cured and persistent aroma. With a smoothness of fat and a shiny, ruby-marbled appearance, a characteristic similar to the leg of black pork subjected to natural curing, this ham has a slightly salty and slightly acidic flavour.
Ingredients: Black Pork Leg (97%), salt, sugars, antioxidant sodium ascorbate (E-301) and preservatives: Potassium Nitrate and Sodium Nitrite (E-252 and E-250).
