Preparation

1. On a large serving board or platter, arrange the Portuguese cheeses cut into slices or cubes.
2. Add the cured meats such as chouriço, salpicão, and ham, distributing them evenly across the board.
3. Add olives, preserves, and dried fruits in small bowls or directly onto the board.
4. Complete the board with sliced rustic bread, toasts, or traditional Portuguese cornbread.
5. Finish with olive oil, fresh herbs, or small accompaniments such as jams and honey to create contrasting flavours.
6. Serve immediately accompanied by Portuguese wine or beverages of your choice.
