INGREDIENTS
1L Partly Skimmed Milk
200g Sugar Powder
200g “Carolino” Type Rice
1 teaspoon Coffee
1 Lemon peel
3 Egg M Yolks
To Taste Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
1. Bring to boil a pan with the milk, sugar, rice and salt and when it boils add the lemon peel
2. Let it cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the rice is well cooked but still creamy.
3. Discard the egg yolks with a fork in a bowl, add some of the cooked rice, stir and mix.
4. Return to the fire, on a low heat. Stir for about a minute.
5. Remove from heat and distribute by individual bowls or deep dishes.
6. After cold, sprinkle with cinnamon.
