Traditional Chocolate Brigadeiro

Preparation

1. In a saucepan, combine the condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter.
2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent the mixture from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
3. Continue stirring until the mixture thickens and starts to pull away from the bottom of the pan.
4. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool completely.
5. Lightly grease your hands with butter and roll the mixture into small balls.
6. Coat each brigadeiro with chocolate sprinkles and place them into paper cups. Serve and enjoy.
