Tasting Notes

Deep ruby red in colour. Fruity and expressive on the nose, with prominent notes of plum and black pepper. On the palate, it is structured and dense, beautifully balanced and vibrant, with smooth tannins. The finish is lively and refreshing, supported by a bright, invigorating freshness.

Vinification

Thanks to the diversity of our grape varieties, we were able to harvest grapes at their perfect stage of ripeness, achieving a balance and precision that continues to impress with its evolution and liveliness.

Alongside the quality of our fruit, we benefit from continuous investment and thoughtful decisions — from the close proximity of vineyards to the winery, to gentle and patient pressing, low-temperature fermentations, and the use of small-capacity vats — always with meticulous attention to detail.
