TASTING NOTES
Rosé-colored wine with fresh fruit aromas. On the palate, it shows good structure, with well-balanced acidity and a smooth texture.

Food Pairing
This wine can be enjoyed on its own or paired with pasta dishes, salads, white meats, fish, seafood, and cheeses.

Vinification
Open spout vinification. After direct pressing of the grapes in an inert environment, the must is clarified and, after racking, inoculated with selected yeasts. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature between 15 and 17ºC.

Barrel Aging
Aged in 500L French oak barrels for 8 months, with weekly bâtonnage.
