SEL - Salsicharia Estremocense

Known as “Alentejo bacon”, it is obtained from black wild pig meat, which reveals an intense, cured and persistent aroma. With a greasiness of fat and a ruby, shiny marbled appearance, this product has a mild smoky, slightly salty and slightly acidic flavour.

Ingredients: Pork (Origin: EU) (90%), water, salt, pepper paste, garlic, preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate) and antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed in natural casing. Smoked with holm oak wood.
