Ingredients: Pork (Origin: EU) (89%), water, pepper paste, garlic, wine, salt, emulsifier: (E451), preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate), oleoresin peppers, spices, and antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed in natural pork casing. Smoked with holm oak wood.
