SEL - Salsicharia Estremocense

It is produced from black pork meat, which, after being seasoned, ages in a cold and controlled humidity environment (recreating the January weather conditions), followed by smoking at low temperatures. It has a juicy and intense flavour, slightly smoky and not very salty.

Ingredients: Pork Fat (Origin: EU) (47%), Wheat Flour (Gluten), Water, Red Pepper Paste, Salt, Garlic and Antioxidants: (Ascorbic Acid, Sodium Ascorbate, Sodium Citrate). Stuffed in natural casing. 

Allergens: contains GLUTEN and SOY.
