Avo Elvira Apple Wafer 160g

The famous and traditional apple wafers. These were one of the first biscuits with filling to appear on the traditional Portuguese market. Crispy, crunchy cookies with an intense apple flavour, made according to an ancient recipe with 100% vegetable margarines.

Ingredients: water, WHEAT flour, pasteurized whey, cocoa powder (1.1%), emulsifier (SOY lecithin), sunflower oil, yeast (sodium bicarbonate), potato starch. Filling: sugar (white granulated sugar), vegetable fat [refined non-hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats from palm and its derivatives and antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate and extract rich in tocopherols)], cocoa powder (3.7%)

Allergens: contains LACTOSE, GLUTEN and SOYA. May contain traces of NUTS, EGGS and SESAME SEEDS.
