Avo Elvira Vanilla Wafer 160g

The famous and traditional vanilla wafers. These were one of the first biscuits with filling to appear on the traditional Portuguese market. Crispy, crunchy cookies with an intense vanilla flavour, made according to an old recipe with 100% vegetable margarines.

Ingredients: water, WHEAT flour, pasteurized whey, emulsifier (SOY lecithin), sunflower oil, yeast (sodium bicarbonate), corn starch. Filling: sugar (white granulated sugar), vegetable fat [refined non-hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats from palm and its derivatives and antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate and extract rich in tocopherols)], vanillin (<0.1%) «EU» and thickener (xanthan gum).

Allergens: contains GLUTEN, LACTOSE and SOYA. May contain traces of NUTS, EGGS and SESAME SEEDS.
