WHITE WINE MONTE DE PINHEIROS
Grape Varieties: Fernão Pires, Antão Vaz, Verdelho e Roupeiro
Type of soil: Granític

Vinification: Automatic optical sorter on destemmed grapes, followed by gentle pressing and static juice clarification. Fermentation, by separate varieties, in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. All winemaking processes are carried out by gravity, in order to better preserve grape quality.
Serving Temperature: 10ºC a 12ºC
ROSÉ WINE MONTE DE PINHEIROS
Grape Varieties: Aragonez, Touriga Nacional, Syrah and Castelão
Type of soil: Granitic
Alcohol (%) – 12,5
Total Acidity (g/l) – 6,4
pH –3,32
Total Sugar (g/l) – 0,9
Vinification: Produced from the Aragonez, Touriga Nacional, Syrah and Castelão grape varieties. Manual harvest, followed by cooling of the grapes to 12ºC. Direct press in “whole bunches”, with a selection of low pressure must for exclusive fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged on the lees for 6 months.
Serving Temperature: 8ºC to 10ºC
RED WINE MONTE DE PINHEIROS
Grape Varieties: Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Trincadeira and Syrah
Type of soil: Granític
Alcohol (%) – 13,5
Total Acidity (g/l) – 5,5 pH –3,70
Total Sugar (g/l) – 3,7
Vinification: Automatic optical sorter on destemmed grapes, followed by pre-fermentation cold soak maceration for 4 days. Fermentations, by separate varieties, in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature between 24 and 26ºC. All winemaking processes are carried out by gravity, in order to better preserve grape quality.
Serving Temperature: 16ºC a 18ºC
Wine Hamper: 1 bottle of Monte de Pinheiros white wine, 1 bottle of Monte de Pinheiros rosé wine and 1 bottle of Monte de Pinheiros red wine
