Still without straying too far from the traditional caipirinha, this caipirinha combines the flavours of the most beloved lemons used in Brazilian cuisine: the classic Tahitian lemon from the drink, the Sicilian lemon, aromatic and smooth, and the clove lemon, which will give a touch more rustic for the cocktail.
Ingredients
· 60 ml of white cachaça
· 1/2 sliced Tahiti lemon
· 1/2 lemon sliced
· 1/2 clove lemon, sliced
· 30 g of sugar
Preparation
1.In a lowball glass, add the lemons and sugar.
2.Gently macerate the ingredients, releasing and mixing the flavours.
3.Then add ice and cachaça. Mix from bottom to top and serve.
>> Pitaya and lemon caipirinha
Pitaya is a “guest” ingredient that adds even more freshness and a beautiful colour to the drink. The lemon chosen is Sicilian, which combines with the flavours of the fruit and cachaça. The drink also comes with a vanilla infusion that can be prepared at home.
Ingredients
· 1 vanilla bean
· 500 ml of white cachaça
Drink
· 1 Sicilian lemon
· 1 purple dragon fruit
· 2 teaspoons of sugar
· 75 ml of cachaça infused with vanilla
Preparation
1.Put the vanilla bean in 500 ml of white cachaça.
2.Let it sit for 1 to 3 days.
Drink
1.Cut a lemon into slices.
2.Cut a purple dragon fruit in half and remove the pulp from one of the halves.
3. Muddle the lemon slices, the dragon fruit pulp and two teaspoons of sugar in the bottom of a tall glass.
4.Add the vanilla-infused cachaça.
5.Add ice and mix.
6.Finish with crushed ice and a half-moon of lemon.

· 75 ml of cachaça or vodka
· 25 ml simple syrup
· 15 ml citrus mix
· 1 ladle of passion fruit pulp
· 4 strawberries
· 08 mint leaves
· 1 sprig of mint to decorate

1.Place the ingredients without the distillate in a tall American glass and gently macerate to release the flavours.
2.Fill with ice, add the distillate, and stir for 10 seconds.

Lemongrass is a herb with a strong citrus flavour that will work very well to give a special touch to cashew caipirinha. The recipe uses herb syrup, but it’s worth adding pieces of it and cashews to the drink to make it even more beautiful and aromatic.
Ingredients
· 75ml cachaça or vodka
· 25 ml lemongrass syrup
· 15 ml lemon juice
· 01 whole chopped cashew
· 25 ml lemongrass syrup
Preparation
1. In a tall American glass, place the cashew, lemon slices, syrup and macerate.
2.Fill with ice and add the cachaça or vodka, stirring for approximately 10 seconds.
3.Decorate with the top of the cashew and serve.

The mango and strawberry caipirinha has a secret to make it stand out as one of the most ‘different’ caipirinhas on the list: a pinch of wasabi, which harmonizes with the fruits and makes the recipe even more refreshing and intense in flavour.

· 1 large slice of mango (better if less ripe)
· 5 very ripe strawberries
· 2 slices of Tahiti lemon
· 1 pinch of wasabi
· White cachaça
· Sugar
· Ice
· White cachaça
Preparation
1.Muddle the strawberries, mango, lemon and wasabi in a tall glass.
2.Add crushed ice and serve your best white cachaça.
