GAZPACHO

Gazpacho is a cold soup of Spanish origin, especially popular in the Andalusia region. Made mainly from tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, onions, garlic, olive oil, vinegar and bread, gazpacho is refreshing and perfect for hot summer days. Traditionally, all ingredients are raw and blended, resulting in a light and nutritious soup.

 

INGREDIENTS

3 cups of Tomato Juice

3 tablespoon Olive Oil

3 peeled and seedless Tomatoes

1 small Onion

1 Green Pepper

1 peeled and seedless Cucumber

1 Garlic Clove

1 teaspoon Sugar

Croutons

Salt and pepper sauce to taste

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Blend at high speed, all ingredients

2. Once well crushed.

3. Put in a large bowl.

4. Cover and refrigerate.

5. Serve with croutons.
