INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoon of Hydrated Tapioca
1 tablespoon full of grated coconut
1 tablespoon of coconut milk
condensed milk
cheese slice
DIRECTIONS
1.Mix the tapioca, grated coconut and the coconut milk in a bowl
2. Heat a frying pan, place a thin layer (like pancake) of the mixture in the frying pan and let it heat for about 2 minutes
3.With the dough still in the frying pan, put the cheese in the pan until soft and cover with condensed milk, when ready wrap and serve
