Intense aroma with notes of ripe fruit (pear, peach) well assorted with slight vanilla notes from the cask. It has a good structure on the palate. It is well-balanced, fresh, and mineral with a long finish.

Food Suggestion: A fresh and structured white wine with a very gastronomic profile. It is an excellent companion for richer and more intense fish dishes or, preferably, for white meat dishes with a hint of exotism.
