CompareThe Minho is one of Portugal’s most vibrant and distinctive wine regions, stretching along the lush, green landscapes of the northwest, where the Atlantic Ocean brings freshness and gentle breezes to the vineyards. Shaped by its granite soils, abundant rainfall, and mild climate, the region produces wines that are light, crisp, and full of vitality.
Renowned worldwide for Vinho Verde, Minho’s wines are typically fresh and aromatic, with a lively acidity and a subtle spritz that enhances their youthful character. Crafted from native grape varieties such as Alvarinho, Loureiro, Arinto, Avesso, and Trajadura, the whites are particularly celebrated for their citrus and floral profiles. At the same time, the rosés offer bright red fruit notes and the reds show rustic authenticity.
Each bottle reflects the harmony between tradition and innovation, rooted in centuries of winemaking heritage yet perfectly suited for modern palates that seek freshness and elegance.
Our exclusive hampers bring together the very best of Vinho Verde – award-winning wines, authentic native grapes, and the essence of one of Portugal’s most refreshing and admired wine regions.
