Tiago Cabaço Alicante Bouchet

This Syrah is the third harvest of a set of single variety wines Tiago Cabaço signature. Produced from grapes of our best portion of the Syrah variety.

Tasting Notes: Huge in colour and aroma, concentrated and seductive, floral and fruity. It stands out due to the refreshing freshness of the aftertaste and the soft, yet powerful tannins that brighten the exciting finish.

Winemaking: We were happy to be able to harvest grapes in perfect ripeness, with a balance and accuracy that, even today, surprise us for the good evolution and resourcefulness. Then, in addition to the good fruit we harvested from our vineyards, we also benefited from the many investments and good decisions that we have been making, from the proximity of the vineyards to the winery, patient and gentle pressing, from the low fermentation temperatures to small capacity mills, always with the permanent attention to detail. This followed a 15-month aging in French oak barrels.
