SuperBock 1927 Bavaria Weiss Beer 330ml

Wheat malt takes centre stage in the ingredients of this Bavarian beer, fermented at high temperature (Ale) and unfiltered. Very clear and cloudy, it reveals a harmony of fruity aromas, cloves and spices. The body is light, the flavour is smooth and refreshing, slightly bitter and with good acidity, and a short aftertaste. As it is an unfiltered beer, it may contain yeast residues. For a good experience with Bavaria Weiss, serve it in a glass, following the following steps:

1. Serve 3/4 of the beer in a glass tilted at 45º, slowly straightening the glass until it finds a vertical position;

2. Shake the bottle lightly so that the yeast deposited at the bottom mixes with the remaining beer;

3. Add the beer containing suspended yeast to the initial glass, in a vertical position.
