Made by classical method (bottle fermentation). The “remuage” manual and “disgorgement”, a manual operation that follows the old traditions of the monks of Champagne, ensure the good quality of this sparkling wine.

Tasting Notes: Defined yellow colour. Intense red fruit aroma, being prevalent the cherries. Fruity and fresh. Balanced finish with excellent volume in the mouth.

Store and Serve Advices: Drink at a temperature of 8ºC.

Food Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif, and with light meals and roasts or even desserts.
