“Varanegra” Gourmet Iberic Pork Smoked Ham. The freedom in which the Alentejano Pig is created, feeding mainly on acorn, herbs and everything the field offers, provides a raw material with special characteristics. Its meat is juicy, tender, with pleasant aromas, which make it very tasty and give it an international recognition. It has a slightly salty and slightly acidulated flavour reflecting the floristic composition of the North Alentejo. Cured in cellars in natural environment for 30 months.
