The best meat is selected and, after being finely chopped, it is seasoned with traditional Alentejo condiments. It has an active and persistent aroma and an intense, slightly salty flavour. It is a piece with a consistent but very tender texture, a 100% traditional product.

Ingredients: Pork (Origin: EU) (91%), water, salt, pepper paste, garlic, preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate), antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed in natural casing. Smoked with holm oak wood. Contains naturally present sugars.
