Amafil Cassava Sagu 500g

Sagu is a substance made of starch that can be prepared from various ingredients. In Brazil it is made from the cassava starch, a very fine flour withdrawn from this root. Sagu is an excellent source of carbohydrates and energy. Usually used in desserts, soups and varied recipes where and left to soak to absorb the flavours, swelling and becoming so tasty and soft.
