It is a typical marinade from Portugal, to prepare grilled chicken. Add 2 volumes of water to 1 vol. of marinade, dip chicken, remove and let it marinate for a few hours in the fridge before cooking.
Ingredients: Bell peppers, salt, garlic, onion, lemon, fruit vinegar, spices and herbs.
