Produced mainly from old vines of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinto Cão and Tinta Roriz and foot-trodden in granite-built open lagares, Quinta da Gaivosa LBV Port shows a deep ruby colour, flavours of dry dark plums and liquorice. Full bodied but very smooth. Macerated cherries and dark chocolate notes, with firm but well integrated tannins. Long and harmonious finish.
