Mortadella is a large Italian sausage or luncheon meat made of finely hashed or ground cured pork, which incorporates at least 15% small cubes of pork fat. Can be eaten itself or in a delicious mortadella sandwich.

Ingredients: Pork meat and fat (EU origin), water, potato starch, salt, spices (mustard), soy protein, stabilisers (E450, E452), dextrose, antioxidant (E316), preservative (E250) and colour (E120).

Allergens: contains SOY and MUSTARD.
