Olmais Aged White Wine Vinegar 250ml

Made of organic grapes of the Loureiro variety from the Vinho Verde region of Portugal and aged in oak barels for 2 years.

Olmais Aged White Wine Vinegar is a beautiful orange-yellow color with a nose reminiscent of quince jelly and orange liqueur. The mouth, rather sweet, confines the aromas of the nose with a slight sweetness which attenuates and coats the vinegar flavor.

Use it will to magnify an apple chutney and to bring up flavor into any dish, especially if used together with our Olmais Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
