With a bright, clear appearance and intense garnet colour, this wine has gained a noble evolution in the bottle thanks to extended ageing, giving it the personality and typicity of the great long-lived Dão wines. Aromas of wild berries intertwine with exotic spices, black pepper, and cardamom. Elegance and silkiness are maintained on the palate, highlighting the clarity of the fruit and the vibrancy preserved over the years, finishing harmonious and assertive.

Thanks to its character, it pairs excellently with game dishes, rich and spiced meals, grilled red meats, regional baked fish dishes, and roasted cod.
