Vinification: Made from Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Trincadeira, and Syrah grapes. After mechanical selection, the grapes undergo cold maceration for 4 days, followed by fermentation by variety in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. All winemaking processes are performed by gravity to preserve the quality and integrity of the grapes.
