Brasfrut Frozen Tangerine Fruit Pulp is made from carefully selected tangerines, offering a vibrant orange colour, refreshing citrus flavour and characteristic fruity aroma. Naturally sweet with a pleasant tangy note, tangerine pulp is a practical and delicious way to enjoy the tropical fruit flavour. Tangerines are naturally a source of nutrients, including vitamin C.

Perfect for preparing refreshing juices, smoothies, cocktails, desserts and other recipes.

Method of preparation:

1. Using a knife, cut the frozen package into 4 parts.
2. Add 200ml of water for every 100g of fruit pulp.
3. Blend in a blender or mixer until smooth.
4. Fruits already contain natural sugars, but if you prefer, sweeten to taste.
