Beirabaga Orange Jam Jar 270g

Beirabaga orange jam was awarded the gold medal in an international competition in 2016 and 2019. The jams are made from fresh fruit from our own fruit farm. The recipes were devised by monastery women at a time when gelling agents, preservatives, artificial flavours and colours were unthinkable. To this day they contain no colourings or preservatives and no flavour enhancers. Only ripe fruits and sugar/honey are used. Over the last two decades, Beirabaga has won many medals and awards in various national competitions for products made from traditional Portuguese fruits.
