From respect for nature, the new Seleção Bio line was born – 100% organic wines from Adega Mayor. The new Seleção Bio come from organic vineyards with minimal human intervention. Pure and exuberant, full of expressive fruits and some fresh vegetables, it suggests notes of currant, black cherry, raspberry, rockrose and wildflowers. A wine that opens the senses to nature.

Ruby-violet wine of medium intensity. Aromatically, it is pure and exuberant, full of expressive fruits and some fresh vegetables, suggesting notes of currant, black cherry, raspberry, rockrose and wildflowers. The mouth has acidity, body and polished tannins, the purity of the fruit permeates the entire tasting, revealing it to be a straightforward and uncomplicated wine, with a power of attraction.

A fresh and versatile Alentejo red, which proves to be good company for a wide variety of dishes. Grain curry, lentil meatballs, light meals, snacks, cheese and sausage boards or even meats barbecue, will certainly be a good choice.
