Adega Mayor Baga

Wine of open ruby colour. On the nose, it is fresh and complex, suggesting dried red fruit, herbs, and orange, wrapped in a slight balsamic note. The palate is not heavy, showing structure, gentle and refined tannins, good acidity, with the fruit again taking the lead, leading to a tempting, delicate, and elegant finish. An Alentejo interpretation of Baga that awakens all the senses.

Winemaking: After manual harvesting and careful selection of the clusters, the destemmed grapes fermented with temperature control in 5000L French oak vats. The resulting wine was then aged for 18 more months in the same vats. After bottling, it rested in the bottle until its release.
