Defined yellow colour. Intense red fruit aroma, being prevalent the cherries. Fruity and fresh. Balanced finish with excellent volume in the mouth.
Made by classical method (bottle fermentation). The “remuage” manual and “disgorgement”, a manual operation that follows the old traditions of the monks of Champagne, ensure the good quality of this sparkling wine.
Tasting Notes: Defined yellow colour. Intense red fruit aroma, being prevalent the cherries. Fruity and fresh. Balanced finish with excellent volume in the mouth.
Store and Serve Advices: Drink at a temperature of 8ºC.
