An intense ruby red colour. Fruity and expressive, with strong hints of plum and black pepper, it is structured and dense, profoundly balanced and reinvigorating, with smooth  tannins, while ending up tense and brisk thanks to a reinvigorating freshness

Thanks to our immense diversity of grape varieties, we were able to gather grapes in a perfect state of maturation, with a balanced and discretion which surprises us even today with a good evolution and liveliness. Then, besides the good fruit that we pick from our vines, we also benefit from the many investments and good decisions that we’ve been making, from the proximity of vineyards to the wine cellar, to patient, gentle pressings, from low fermentation temperatures to low-capacity vats, always with constant attention to details.
