The bitter almond is a traditional Portuguese liquor, particularly of the southern region, Algarve. It is produced by traditional and unique processes and can be consumed simple (fresh) with ice (crushed or on the rocks), together with lemon juice or as an ingredient in a cocktail. “Amarguinha” has a straw yellow colour. A fragrance of almond and lemon blossom, with complex and intense notes of almonds. Sweet sweet and fresh flavour.
