Blue and White Soap, also known as Blue Solavar Soap, is a Portuguese soap, produced since 1850.
The product is composed of saponified fat, water and silicates. Comparable to Marseille Soap, but with a different color, blue or pink, it is manufactured in bars.
Being more effective than ordinary soap, in the past, this soap was used to disinfect operating rooms and some people still use it for personal hygiene. It has better performance in washing clothes, so it is popularly used in washing clothes in tanks, carpets and the floor.
