TIAGO CABACO .COM PREMIUM
Even though everyone says it is not easy to combine high quality with moderate prices, this continues to be our guiding philosophy, while rooting our identity, which, above all, favours good value for money. We don’t even know how to work differently!
WHITE TIAGO CABAÇO.COM PREMIUM
We decided to present a decisively fresh but structured white wine by combining traditional white grape varieties from Alentejo, Antão Vaz, the energy and freshness of verdelho, along with the exoticism of Viognier, a particularly fragrant French variety. With this uncommon combination, we created an invigorating, powerful white wine that can be enjoyed right away, in its most exuberant aromatic stage, or kept in the wine cellar for the next three to five years.
Tasting notes: A lemon-yellow colour. More fruity than floral, with aromatic enthusiasm, fresh and invigorating, it remains more structured and denser, conveying earnestness and volume. Exuberant and stimulating, tense and steady, it ends up vigorous and quite fresh.
Winemaking: Thanks to the wide range of grape varieties we have at our disposal, including Portuguese and foreign varieties, we were fortunate to be able to collect grapes in a perfect state of maturation, with an impeccable balance between alcohol content, sugar and acidity. And then we get everything else that helped make such a fresh wine, namely proximity of the wine cellar to the vineyards, gentle pressings, low fermentation temperatures and rest in small stainless-steel vats.

TINTO TIAGO CABAÇO.COM PREMIUM
Even though everyone says it is not easy to combine high quality with moderate prices, this continues to be our guiding philosophy, while rooting our identity which, above all, favours good value for money. We don t even know how to work in a different way! With .com we seek to assert a youthful, irreverent view of the Alentejo, showing fruitness and joviality, divided between the structure of Alicante Bouschet grape, the ripe fruit of Aragonez, the slightly spicy touch of trincadeira and the floral elegance of Touriga Nacional. And this year, we are proud to present a .com full of character.
Tasting Notes: An intense ruby red colour. Fruity and expressive, with strong hints of plum and black pepper, it is structured and dense, profoundly balanced and reinvigorating, with smooth tannins, while ending up tense and brisk thanks to a reinvigorating freshness.

TIAGO CABAÇO WINERY
Born and raised in Estremoz, at the very heart of the Alentejo wine region, Tiago Cabaço started taking part in and working his parents’ vineyards and cellar from a very young age. Starting as a child, he grew up learning the secrets of the vineyard, the soil, the grape varieties, and the whole universe surrounding winegrowing, knowledge which he still uses daily.
Naming the project after himself, he created Tiago Cabaço Wines in 2004. Since then, he has been marketing his own wines, through which he has been asserting his personality and vision concerning wines and the Alentejo.
Tiago Cabaço has earned the respect and attention of the wine industry, having garnered several national and international awards and distinctions. Seductive and serious, the wine range is modern in style and form yet profoundly influenced by the Alentejo in character. It is divided between the young and energetic “.com”, the powerful and austere single grape varieties, the “Vinhas Velhas” – old vines – which combines the excellence of the terroir and vines with more than 30 years of existence, the sparkling wine, developed for special moments, and the simultaneously vigorous, subtle and fresh “blog” considered by Tiago Cabaço to be the top-end wines.
With access to some of the oldest and finest vines in the Alentejo, all available in the vicinity of Estremoz, with oenology at the hands of Susana Esteban, one of Portugal’s best oenologists, and having conquered foreign markets, Tiago Cabaço is definitely a star from the new Alentejo.
