Ageing:
70% of the wine aged in second- and third-year French barriques for 10 months; the remaining wine aged in stainless steel vats.

Very elegant and structured, with a long finish and lingering notes of ripe fruit.

Food Pairing:
Pairs well with Mediterranean cuisine, pasta dishes, and mild, soft cheeses.
