Vinification: Hand-harvested Touriga Nacional grapes are carefully selected, destemmed, and gently crushed. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, the wine undergoes extended maceration and ages partly in stainless steel and partly in French oak barrels for 12 months, followed by bottle aging for balance and elegance.

Gastronomy: Perfect with grilled steaks, roasted lamb, beef stew, and game (venison, wild boar). The wine’s firm tannins and rich fruit complement hearty, protein-rich dishes. Pairs well with aged cheeses, cured hams, chorizo, and charcuterie boards. Its acidity balances the saltiness and richness.
